The book has in-depth chapters about iconic areas such as Lyngen, Lofoten, Jotunheimen, Sunnmørsalpene and Romsdalen, but there are also routes through less frequented regions such as Sogn, Stryn, Sunndalsfjella, Narvik and Senja.
